  • How soon will I receive my estimate after you come out?

    Your estimate will typically be ready within 24 - 48 hours.  We want to make sure we get you the best possible price on your project and utilize a number of different resources to ensure that happens.

  • Do you offer a price match guarantee?

    We can often meet or beat any competitors price. You will need to show us a formal written estimate, with the company logo and/or name of the business on the estimate.  It should also include the price and scope of work.


    Restrictions do apply.   

  • How quickly can I get my shower installed after ordering?

    We can typically get your shower enclosure installed within 3-5 business days.

  • Do you offer shower protectant on your enclosures?

    Yes, we use DFI and Shower Guard products.  Both will prevent build up on your glass from hard water stains, soap scum, mineral leaching, and more.

  • Do you offer any kind of warranty?

    We offer a one year warranty on the installation for all services that we offer, excluding any warranty on the hardware from the manufacturer.


    If you have shower protectant and are looking to file a warranty claim, please contact DFI or Shower Guard directly regarding your warranty.

  • Do you perform service calls?

    We will come out and service/fix your window, glass and/or mirror.  However, we charge a base fee of $85.00 and the cost can increase based on the scope of work performed.  

  • Do you carry insurance?

    Absolutely!!!


    We not only want to make not only your property is protected from damage, but also our workers and company.  


    We are happy to provide you a copy of our insurance coverage and add you or your business as an additionally insured if necessary.

  • Do you have any preferred builders, contractors, or vendors that you recommend?

    See our partners that we work with on our home page.  If there is a specific trade you are looking for,  give us a call so we can refer you to someone who can assist you.

  • What are your business hours?

    9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday.  


    We are closed on weekends and holidays.  


    Appointment only outside business hours.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We only accept cash, check, ACH or credit card.  Our ACH portal is only available when you pay online, to ensure your personal information is secure.
